If you’re a beach person, you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes - you do have to cross a1a - or if you’re a pool person the community pool is really nice and the neighbors are great. The unit was very clean and well maintained and there are plenty of beach toys to keep you busy. The area in general is very nice and also very quiet.
