“My family of seven stayed here for our annual Applehill trip. Everything was just as Kathleen had described, maybe even better.. There was enough room for all of us. The house has a lot of original charm, but didn’t feel old or in need of attention. The updated kitchen was phenomenal and allowed us to cook two great dinners and a hearty breakfast. Everything you could think of was in the house, and if you couldn’t find it if you just searched a little bit more because there were so many places……

“The home was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. I stayed here the night before my wedding with my groomsmen and we all were blown away by the home. There was plenty of space, the beds were like clouds, and we all felt comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful time getting away for a long weekend with family. The house is beautiful and is very clean, bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. The kitchen with large central island was a favorite for hanging out, eating and playing games. The kitchen is appointed with luxury appliances. Having 6 acres of space including a Christmas tree farm was really fun for short walks and exploring. The nights are very dark with no city lights so the stars were really bright. “Wonderful rental. Great location. Easy compute from Sacramento airport. Close to all our needs. Easy drive from Placerville. Close by grocery store and gas station. Property is beautiful and stocked well. We are already hoping this property is available for future trips. ”

“The cabin was in a quiet area, very relaxing, easy walk to the river on private property. The owners left a free bottle of wine and it was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, seasonings, and a barbecue. there was a nice area for the dog to be able to run around and play in. They had movies available books and games, indoor and outdoor.”

“Booked the entire place for 7 friends for a long weekend. From the start Corby was very communicative and helpful. The actual Inn was better than expected. It's not much from the outside but inside it's pretty impressive. You can tell it was recently renovated with a lot of care. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had literally everything we could have wanted. “Good communication with the host, very prompt at getting back to us. However, we were given incorrect instructions on how to enter the premises. Spent 20 minutes walking around the property due to not having the correct instructions. Beds listed were a king and queen, however there was only a queen and full. Overall a nice property but a rather terrible check in process.”
