“House was nice and tidy. Pretty private setting. Kitchen had what we needed. Only thing to mention was some extra costs not put in the listing which would maybe effect someone's consideration of where to stay, which are additional costs for pets and pool.Pets: We allow pets(max 2) for 100 per pet for the entire stay.Pool Heating: If you’d like to have the pool heated during your visit, please let us know in advance. We charge 50 per day for pool heating, and we’ll need time to ensure the pool……

“This place is BEAUTIFUL. This is a great place to have any family event or to just get away. I loved that the gameroom/kids bedroom was a few yards away from the main house. And the decor and design was amazing. And the indoor pool was beautiful, even though it was too cold to enjoy.If I can give any constructive criticism it would be to have a book that has instructions on the complicated items like the WiFi password and how to control the pools features and please make sure you have a wine……

“I delightful place to get away from the busyness of life. Quiet walks among nature was delightful. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Each room equipped with heater/air conditioner. Easy to serve guests cafeteria style and along with table and chairs we provided, plenty of places to sit. Our hostess, Sabrina, was a delight to work with. She did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. The vote was to stay here again another year. The children enjoyed……

“All amenities were great. Cabin was very cozy - we went over New Years with our dog and it was plenty warm. The location is quiet and isolated, but a very close drive to nearby towns with lots of options.”

“Apple Hill has been a tradition for our family where many fond memories were made with our two daughters. The tradition continues now with six grandkids from 1year to 10 years old. This beautiful home accommodated the 12 of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids loved the house almost as much, if not more, than the apple farms and the lake nearby. Kimmy was especially responsive before and after we arrived with a few small concerns that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this……

“Very much enjoyed our stay at the Sierra Sunset Inn. The gift basket with a bottle of wine and treats was a very nice touch. The house is very clean and well stocked. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, and all the drawers are labeled with the contents. It was cold & rainy so the fireplace was appreciated.Because the kitchen is so large the dining table is odd, and there’s not a lot of seating in the living room area. It worked ok for 4 people, but not sure it would be good for more people.”
