“That's a perfect place to stay, both for adults only as well as families with small kids. Clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and enough space in one of the bedrooms from put a portable crib if needed. The property is all fenced so you can leave your kids/pets outside without fear of them running out on the street. And there are toys for kids, including some for outdoor play; really great to keep kids busy. We especially loved lots of outdoor space, and hope to come back again in fall and try……

“We had a really nice stay in Pollock Pines. The house was clean with plenty of beds. The kitchen was very large and completely stocked for all our needs. We even made muffins for breakfast! I contacted the host to clarify check in details and directions before we left, and we had no problems. Kathleen gave us very detailed directions, and she always answered my messages promptly. We had a great time visiting with family!”

“The property was great and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to local establishments and Safeway. The outdoor areas were large with lots of space to enjoy. Had some trouble with the Jacuzzi heater so we did not end up using it, was only warm not hot.Everything was clean. The bathrooms & showers were very nice and spacious.The beds could be softer. They were hard for our liking. Maybe add a mattress topper for comfort.Kitchen has nice appliances and room for several……

“This was the perfect little house for our trip out to see family in placerville. It was clean, convenient and communication with host was great. Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. ”

“Our stay was amazing!! We stayed at the property to celebrate 2 birthdays and traveled from the Bay Area. Directions were provided by the host and were very accurate and although gps would have gotten us all there eventually, made the arrival for all our group go smoothly (even those arriving after dark; which could have been troublesome with no street lights). The house was just as described except that the second fridge was not working and we were not told before our arrival. This made……
