“House is beautiful, woodsy area, quiet and peaceful.Eight adults and two kids. There was plenty of room. Well stocked with kid stuff (dishes etc). There’s a great outdoor area, I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. The home is comfortable and no one complained about their bed. Score! The game room has tons of games, it’s own heater/ac and foosball table, ping pong table. No reason to be bored!! Definitely a great choice for anyone looking to get away!! ”

“The rental was beautiful!!! Property surrounded by redwoods, pine trees.. Very convenient location.. Did have difficulty getting in..Took 15 minutes or more, before we could get in. Maybe it was due to the later.. We arrived at 10:00 p.m.”

“Apple Hill has been a tradition for our family where many fond memories were made with our two daughters. The tradition continues now with six grandkids from 1year to 10 years old. This beautiful home accommodated the 12 of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids loved the house almost as much, if not more, than the apple farms and the lake nearby. Kimmy was especially responsive before and after we arrived with a few small concerns that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this……

“A group of lady-friends and our daughters managed a quick stop-over to Tahoe City after a busy sport's weekend in Reno. We were looking for a quiet retreat to rest and refresh, and this property and location were ideal!! The townhouse is at the water's edge without having to cross busy roads or hearing any road noise to take in the lake views. The private dock lets you walk right out and enjoy the clean, clear water. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves!It is a short few minutes……

“Was hard to find due to sign down. Was informed room wasn't ready. No hot tub, no breakfast due to remodeling. Dog hair in room. Coffee cups still wet. Hot water took 30 minutes to get. Bad door locked if shut hard. Best thing was view from patio”

“Clean, bright, and spacious for 4 people. Great communication with host. All the basics were in the kitchen including coffee, teas, and all manner of spices. Would rent again! ”

Paddle board, kayak, beers in the fridge, couldn’t ask for a better time.What really made the trip was the property manager Melanie. “This home is absolutely gorgeous and has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The beds are all very comfortable and well stocked with pillows / extra blankets. The home itself has lots of amenities and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need to make a nice meal for the family at home. We stayed at this lovely home for my dad’s 50th birthday. We took him to Hells Kitchen & the location of this home couldn’t have been better! Secluded and private……

“We really liked the 2 large bedrooms. Our 12 & 14 yr old boys had plenty of space to hang out together in the large downstairs bedroom. The location was ultra convenient even in a snow storm. Our dog loved the decks! ”
