Bring water shoes for rocky lake bottom. Updates are NOT needed & would put price out of my range. The place is great value as is. Home is clean, comfortable and lived-in which is a plus if you have kids. Kitchen, dining & deck all on 2nd story which you might need to consider if you have older guests. ”
