“We had a wonderful time getting away for a long weekend with family. The house is beautiful and is very clean, bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. The kitchen with large central island was a favorite for hanging out, eating and playing games. The kitchen is appointed with luxury appliances. Having 6 acres of space including a Christmas tree farm was really fun for short walks and exploring. The nights are very dark with no city lights so the stars were really bright. “Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. Thank you for a wonderful visit.”

“The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day.”

Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. ”

“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place.
