“Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Good lighting in bathroom and throughout. Good breakfast. Carl, who set up breakfast each morning was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Always cheerful and respectful of the guests. Farrah, the AGM, delivered us a nice gift when they found out we were on our honeymoon there (Carl from breakfast informed them). We were treated so well and with kindness. Great people and a beautiful property. ”

“We had a perfectly fine stay here and the staff were very accommodating - not sure why others have rated this place as unsafe. We needed to check in late after the front desk closed at 8 pm, but called ahead and the staff had no issues keeping it open for us. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the art on the walls that gave a sense of the region's history. We also highly recommend getting breakfast at the Chocolate Moose just down the street - great coffee, sandwiches, and atmosphere!”

“We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was thought of by the hosts. There was plenty to read and the screened patio made for an amazing place for morning coffee. It was spotless and they provided awesome meal recommendations. ”

“We had a nice stay at this property. It fit our group of 10 (6 tweens/teens) nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and only 15-20 minutes from all of our planned activities. The AC worked well upstairs, but the kids mentioned the basement bunk room was warm. Be warned the driveway is steep and narrow, tricky especially if you have more than 2 cars with your group. ”
