“Very bad stay experience. I stayed in two rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad smell. There were underwear and clothes in the closet. Someone opened the door of the other room at 9:50 pm. Very bad stay experience!!! ”

“It was alot better visit than the last one. Somebody was at the desk. I like the place, the first time the front desk wasn't there. They are renovating so you do hear that. I think they may have been renovating room 107 and i was in 105. Also asked for a 3:30 am wake up call, did not get it.”

“Beds were mostly comfortable, a little on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Tub was too small for a bigger person. Pool looked great, but we didn’t have time to use it. Staff was great. ”

“The room was nice. It was clean and smelled wonderful. I love their exclusive products from Raio. The only issue I had was one of the elevators was out and the working elevator was covered in trash. However, it was cleaned up the next morning. I will be staying here again. ”
