“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house over Mother’s Day weekend! The location is fantastic—right on the bay with a peaceful private beach just a 30-second walk from the house and the ocean only about 3 minutes away. The pier was perfect for fishing, and the bayside beach was clean, quiet, and great for swimming with its calm waters.The house itself is spacious and well laid out, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor, and the main living area and kitchen on the second.……

“This three bedroom/3 bathroom condo was the perfect place for our family. Bayside view and short walk to the gulf was easy. Beach access to the gulf was clean and it wasn’t overly crowded considering it was 4th of July weekend. Location is 5 minute drive from Fort Pickens and 20-30 minute drive to tourist area. This condo had everything we needed. Tons of dishes, cups, cooking supplies that you don’t usually find in a rental and a small electric grill on the balcony. They also had lots of……

“We stayed in the mellow yellow bungalow as soon as we got to the property. The trash cans were in the middle of the carport one had dead fish in it that had maggots all over. I got sick from just trying to move the can to a managable distance from the house. The main entrance was locked, and we got the code at 4.01. All the sliding doors were unlocked. There were broken chairs outside one that cut my leg and a broken chair inside at the dining table. When we tried to grill, there was no propane……

“This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously……
