“This is a great location. The beach is beautiful, the unit is very nice and gated. We brought our golden doodle (not many places to take a dog out and grass burrs are horrible and sharp - bring a pet comb). That said, a dog beach is right next door. We were there after school started, the beach was not crowded - the dog beaches were busier than the no dog beaches, but still not too crowded.) This condo is close to everything, very nice - we highly recommend it. That said, the FIRM memory foam……
