“Pool is a bit outdated and there was a number of rough looking palm trees that need some TLC. Put a little money into it and rise above to be the nice family getaway you once were. The friendly staff and housekeepers as well as good breakfast food are what makes this place special.”

“The apartment is the perfect place to stay for any events around the area. Spacious and clean, the apartment allowed us each to have our own rooms. With recliners in the living room comfortable enough to act as additional beds too lol. Mel was a wonderful host, being accommodating with the stay and as friendly as could be as a bartender. I can't recommend the stay above Wilzke's enough. We'll most certainly be returning to stay for a future EAA Airventure!”

“I was only there for 2 days for a high school reunion but the living room was very nice and I like the Roku stations the shower and the bathroom upstairs was good. I felt that the window air conditioner didn't always provide enough cool air in the night time and the bed was not quite firm enough for me and the stairs could use a second handrail after you turn the corner since I had a knee replacement done a year ago. The amenities were accurate for the description. ”

“We were in town for our son's wedding. Everything worked out awesomely! The place was clean and well kept. The location was great as we used the golf course on Friday to host the wedding party. ”

“Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! ”
