“The only reasons I rated 4 stars on some categories are as follows. My room faced extremely bright lights in the parking lot and I only had one translucent shade to draw down. I've traveled to Alabama 8 times in 3 years, so have stayed at various hotels, so I can confidently say I sank into the bed in an uncomfortable way.
