“We had stayed at a handicapped friendly room, room 110, a few days before this visit. They put us in room 114., Even better! The bracket holding the showerhead was broken and so it was hard to clean yourself. There was a hairdryer unit in this room, 114. Breakfast is adequate, but they didn’t have any pancake mix, so you were forced to accept toast or bagels. ”

“Positive: 1) Hot water right away 2) helpful staff; front desk good communication. Laron was an excellent communicator! 3) very good breakfast 4) comfortable beds 5) Room lighting was excellent. Negative... 1) room with double beds. Didn't leave much room to walk around 2) Floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. 3) Our room wasn't cleaned the day we did not put out the Do Not Disturb sign. We were out most of the day so there was time for housekeeping to clean it. I ended up going to the……

“My day was fine no real complaints. I will say that upon check-in. I wish that the front desk person would’ve told me that my room was a handicap room and upon checking into the room there were structural damage in the room there was cracked plaster on the ceilings and walls, and all the towels and washcloths were stained. The continental breakfast was very good. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. This is my go to place when visiting family, but I will going forward bring my own……
