“The house was very nice. I did have to call Carol because there was no remote for the tv in the living room but she told me to go through the boxes that was delivered and there was a remote that she had ordered. I did have to go out again to buy batteries for the remote. The pool area was not swept. I do suggest that the trash cans be labeled recycled/trash”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Owners on the property and very responsive to our needs. We encountered a health crisis at the end of our stay and they were very helpful. Location was excellent. No need to rent a car. Everything within walking distance.”

Enjoyed walking into town, boating out on the bay, excursions to nearby beaches, dinners in and around Punta Gorda, and often just relaxing by the pool in this spacious home with expansive views of the pretty canals. Homeowner Greg was very responsive and accommodating when necessary. Loved our time there!! ”
