“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “The room was comfortable and clean, Charles at the front desk was awesome. The breakfast was not so great. The hard boiled eggs were not done, the sausage was very cold. ”

“There was previous guest belongings in the drawer...it was not thoroughly cleaned. Room smelled musty. Inside of tub was stained/dirty. Room numbers layout was very confusing. Minimal signage for elevator available. We were told by staff at Denny's that this was an unsafe area.”
