“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “Overall, a nice place to stay. I did find that in my first-floor room the window was unlocked and I couldn't get it to lock. The front desk was very understanding and able to move me to another room on an upper floor with little fuss - which I appreciated!”
