“Perfect condo for our recent stay in FL to watch our son's college baseball team for the week. Unit is just as it looks in the photos. Actually it seems a bit larger due to high ceilings. The unit is located in the Spectrum and was very quiet, which I was surprised since we're coming upon Spring Break for many. Had limited time to utilize the Reunion Resort amenities, but we were able to enjoy the Disney fireworks one evening from the rooftop of the resort and sat poolside for a few hours at the……

“The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and space for four 5 adults and 6 teenagers. Owners were quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Will put this on our list of places to stay in the future.”

“The host was outstanding. He checked in with me often to see how things were going. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. The house was comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.”

“Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sensational Sanctuary. We had ten children ages 2-18 and everyone greatly enjoyed the trip. Plenty of indoor hangout space, from the large gathering areas to the theater room. And the pool was the biggest hit. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun and utilizing the very large pool. Great location, great home. Top Tier was excellent at communication and immediately responded to two simple requests/reach outs. Highly recommend!”

“We are a multi-generational family of 14 teens, young adults, and parents. This house had something for everyone! The pool, the hot tub, the game room, the pool tables, the bunk rooms. It was great! My only feedback to be aware of is that while there are 3 "master" suites, the third one is on the 3rd floor and there is no door separating it from the second floor hang out space - meaning it is hard to keep it temperature controlled and if anyone is on the 2nd floor hang out space (with pool……

“Beautiful home in a great location. We’ve stayed in the reunion resort a couple times and it’s always been an amazing place to stay. This house specifically was towards the end of a cul-de-sac and so quiet!! The host was extremely nice and accommodating! Having a private host made all the difference to us as it’s more of a personable experience. I would highly suggest this beautiful home to anyone that is visiting the area! ”
