“酒店不错，但是hotels的服务太差了，酒店预订出现问题，发了一封邮件告知原定酒店没房就没人处理了！客人主动联系了整整一天，最终还是找了美国那边才解决问题！”

“Property was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good. The check-in registrar was unpleasant. No greeting. No information offered. Otherwise the hotel and stay was just what we needed.”

“性价比很高的住处，有去机场的shuttle。当然就是Hartford机场离城市中心非常的远，坐公交车去的话不是很方便。旅店的话设施齐全，虽然稍微有些旧，但是卫生情况较好。”

“Easy check-in. House is comfortably furnished - excellent kitchen supplies. Updated kitchen and bath including appliances. Very comfortable beds and wonderful outdoor deck including sun umbrella. Extremely clean. Close to Great Barrington with easy access to surrounding area. Circular driveway so need to back out into road. Just was very accommodating and responsive. Very good WiFi”
