“It’s a Motel 6. You get what you get. Front desk service was very good but inconsistent— one was extremely helpful when I had to change my plans, while another could barely speak English. Room was quite clean but the floor was sticky when I took my socks off. You know, what you expect from a Motel 6.”

“Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.”

“Everything is good, the only drawback is that there is no exhaust ventilation facility. Especially in the bathroom, this can easily cause a peculiar smell in the room”
