“If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! “This hotel was very clean. The front desk girl was very nice at ckeck in and check out. It smelled clean. Rooms were clean. I felt safe. The fridge worked and and had no ice biild up. The breakfast was alot of carbs. No proteins. It was still a nice breakfast. We did not have a chance to use or see the pool. Over all i would stay here again. Keep up the good work!”

“Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted……
