“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“Excellent stay. Frontdesk staff not present upon arrival. Sign on desk said to call, but no one answered. Breakfast good food and very clean area.”

“When we woke up after the first night we had ants 🐜 on the table and bathroom. The hot tub had stuff floating init like from the bottom so it looked dirty. The staff was amazing we would stay again”

“The beds were amazing! House was clean and cute. The one down side was I just got off crutches with a broken leg and it was raining and icy and the driveway is beyond steep. Very close to amazing food and walking distance to football stadium and aquatic center.”

“We had four adults for a weekend getaway. The property is clean and well stocked. It is right off of I64 and within 15 min of the university and Monticello. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. Their website is excellent with recommendations for food and activities. The only negative to this property is that it is not handicap accessible. The driveway is very steep and the stairs to the front door and upstairs are very steep. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!”
