“I loved this property! I received a virtual check in that was thorough and went over all things I needed to know. A brand new nespresso maker with plenty of pod options. A modern shower head! They left chicken feed so I could feed the chickens! The winery was less than a 3 min drive. The property was beautiful! In the morning the chef prepared a delicious 4 course meal in the cozy kitchen located down stairs. They have a beautiful patio right off the kitchen dining room. Overall would love to……

“This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. “Parking is a paid option, but amazingly convenient and worth every penny. I stay at a half dozen Residence Inns a year, and this location is the most walkable with the most nearby dining options of any. Views from some rooms are not great, but that's not why you chose to stay here. It's my new favorite stopover point between NC and the northeast, beating out Waynesboro, and both Richmond locations.
