“I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.”
