“The house was very nice clean well maintained except the windows needed cleaning outside. It was very close to beach just a short walk just 3 houses from the sand it’s a super quiet neighborhood everyone was very friendly, we thought the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only downside was having to rent sheets and towels and having to put them on yourself also you get no paper products we got their late and their was no toilet tissue and no paper towels,……

“The house was beautiful and so cozy! My children loved it and we enjoyed the large porch on the front of the house! The outside shower was very useful to wash off all the extra sand when we came back from the beach and I also enjoyed having a washer/dryer available to wash all our clothing before heading home. We enjoyed the area, it was so peaceful and we will definitely be spending more of our time in the OBX! Thanks for allowing us to stay, we will definitely be back! ”

“The property should not have been rented with so many of the necessary amenities broken. I tried to work with property manager, but could not get resolution of the issues. If the owner was aware then shame on them.”

“We were at this beach house for over five weeks. While it was mostly just us(my husband and I) we had our daughters visit, with grandchildren for a couple of days. The house was a perfect blend of beach, fun, and chill time.”

“We loved this place. It was perfect for our large group..the elevator, extra fridge and the fact there is a bathroom with every room was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool due to the cool/rainy weather. The sunset view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Horrible, house listing says 7 bedroom which we had everyone in a bedroom. Come to find out upon arrival that 1 bedroom is in a tackle room / shed which my guest didnt want to stay in due to its condition. There are about 18 maintenance items that need to be addressed. Of course I contacted management upon arrival but no one ever showed up to even look at it. The pool tiki bar was under construction so we couldn't use it. Will never stay here again or use the management company again.”
