“We spent a long weekend meeting up with family who were staying just a mile away. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of island amenities. The 2-bedroom space was clean and well-appointed, with a stocked kitchen (though we’d recommend bringing extra spices if you’re planning to cook often). Having an in-house washer and dryer was a huge plus!Sheets and towels were provided, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Do note that there’s a set……

“This was perfect for a long weekend. We typically spend a lot of our time in Avon by the pier so this location was perfect for us. It was a slight tight fit because husband just *had* to bring several surf boards but it worked out just fine. Kitchen was stocked well and host was very informative of how to use the space the best. We would definitely stay again! ”

“Perfect for me traveling solo. The place was extremely clean. The towels were soft. The sheets were soft. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was the best bed I have ever had in renting places in OBX for 30 years. Everything I needed was there. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. My favorite seafood market in walkable distance. The deck was private. It was quiet. There is the pattering of feet during waking hours above that I got used to quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. ……

“Had a great time. Third floor not wheelchair accessible. I was fine. Clean and newly renovated. The guys in the surf shop were very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t use any surf shop offerings however available. My family was at camp Hatteras campground so they came and got me each day. Only 2miles away. Laundry was free to use . Not in my apartment but 1 flight down.”
