“I have stayed here several times and all times have been great. The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. The continental breakfast was always hot, fresh and delicious. I enjoyed my stay and in the future, when I do go back to Salem, I will most definitely will be staying there again. Thank you.”

“Front desk was not friendly but the room was nice. Didn’t ruin our experience but it was definitely not the best customer service. The front desk guy told me he was going to do a “forensic dive” on my husband after he discovered he used to play professional ball. ”

“The room is kinda old. In addition, the crew reminded that smoking in the room is NOT allowed. However, I smelled the strong smoke when getting in the room. Obviously, someone had smoked in the room. ”
