“Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty. “The management was very responsive and kind. It’s a pet friendly motel, which was a requirement for my stay. Good restaurants and general store with in walking distance. The proximity to the highway makes for a loud environment, but overall, I appreciated the basics including the fridge and microwave. ”
