“This property is in a great location of sea Ranch, close to the Del Mar recreation center and to Gualala.The good: Clean, good water pressure, nice linens, stocked kitchen (nice selection of pots and pans, knives, and utensils) and a lovely bookshelf with books and games. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. Could be better: the beds could definitely use an upgrade,……

“Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. ”

“The house was clean, comfy and homey. It was the perfect place for ANY group. Hot tub was in peak condition (I’ve stayed where the hot tub is iffy at best). All kitchen appliances well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Super close to the coast, easy walk to the adorable store down the hill.All of it. Perfect. “Check in was easy and the property was ready to go. Location is great, just steps from the Bluff Trail and a short walk to Gualala Beach. The property is more spacious than most places we've stayed at SR, giving us some room to spread out. We were lucky that the second floor balcony had clear views of the water so we saw several whales, and with the provided binoculars were able to see them breach! Bedrooms are large, living/dining/kitchen are spacious. The bedroom with two singles was……

“Magnificent property. Practical upside down design for this location. Very well managed - all appliances are in perfect condition. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home, even a map of local trails if you like to wander around the area.It's good that it is not at a front ocean line - quiet and warm at night despite nonstop breeze over the ocean. But from the upper floor terrace you can see part of the ocean. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. ”
