“The woman working at the front desk made this stay an absolutely fantastic experience. I took my 2 boys to watch WWE RAW & she took the time to talk with my boys about it before we left & told em she would watch it to see if she could see them... when we got back she started talking about the show and getting my boys all hyped up.. she really took the time to watch it and be able to talk about the matches with them.. this was above and beyond for customer service & my youngest couldnt stop……

“It was very convenient for our 1 night stay. It was easy get into, we were on the 3rd floor and the layout and elevator made it quick and easy. The parking lot was safe and accessible, we could see our car from the room. We checked in the evening of 5/12/25 and the wonderful lady at the front desk was amazing!! “Hotel is basic, no frills, which is fine but the rooms could be cleaner and brighter. The carpet was dark but coupled that with a small ceiling light it felt quite dark. There's no lift, which was fine for us, but elderly people or someone with heavy luggage would struggle. Breakfast was available, but just toast, butter, cheese and yoghurt, no meat. The 2-slice toaster definitely need to upgraded. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. One thing I really liked was that coffee was available……

“Best Staff! Extremely friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew which I find enlightening! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They are undergoing some renovations, and we did notice above the pool. The ceiling was coming down a little bit. Their pool is open till midnight which I think is fantastic.
