“Six friends stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. Each of us had our own space thanks to so many comfortable bedrooms. The early birds stayed in one house while the sleepyheads stayed in the another. South Congress is easily walkable and offers all you need for food and fun. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. While we never found the iron, everything else was clean and well stocked. ”

“While the check in process was rough due to this site not forwarding the information needed leaving both sides confused. Other than that everything was near perfect we were left wanting nearly nothing. Definitely a place I would use again.The whole reason for the trip was the bats, and this was a nice close place for that while remaining quiet and pri”

“Clean, beautifully decorated, well maintained home. Living room is a bit small and only one small TV in the home. Communication from host was friendly. Check in was easy and it was nice to have a few lights on inside the home as we arrived a bit late at night. ”

“We stayed at this beautiful property during my son‘s military welcome home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is in a great location close to Lady Bird Lake. There were a bunch of games that we enjoyed playing during our stay. The yard had a huge tree that shaded the property perfectly. It was wonderful for my son‘s ESA.”

“I was in town with my husband, my adult son and his girlfriend for my nephew’s wedding. This house was a perfect location to the wedding venue and close to Ladybird Lake for our morning walk/run and South Congress for lunch and shopping. This house was well appointed and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed hanging out together in the big living room at night After the events. ”

“The house was accommodating for our family as it had two master bedrooms which worked well, however one of the king mattress's desperately needs to be replaced! :( It was so broken down that the sides were splayed, and I felt like I had to crawl out of a hole just to get out of it. We very much enjoyed the screened patio as it gave us extra room for meals at the dining table. The location was nice and convenient and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. ”
