“We found a small piece of glass in one of the beds. On Saturday afternoon we got back to the room around 4:00 pm, and the room wasn’t cleaned yet. The cleaning lady told me I have to ask the front desk for cleaning service, otherwise they don’t clean the room. The guy at the front desk told me it wasn’t necessary to ask for cleaning, that it will be done after they finished cleaning the rooms that were reserved directly at the hotel page, because the app reservations go at the end. “One thing I like about this property is it’s still in new condition! An opportunity for them is they are always out of towels in the morning and I have to wait typically until after 4 PM if I don’t get my towels the night before.”
