“A traditional gem .. small motel, family owned. Very comfortable palm themed room, tv with various extra channels and great bbq area, equipped with everything you would need. There is a pool but didn’t try. Would recommend.”

“Neat and Tidy Cabin for two nights, 2 bed rooms, 2 singles, 1 queen. All the facilities were there. Air Conditioned. Separate Toilet to the shower cubical. Patio out front. On main highway, so bit of traffic noise.”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY We left before we need stayed due to poor facilities, everything was breaking or not working. We were expected to fix ourselves and let strangers walk through our room. Leaving open bottles of draino in the bathroom with our young children around. Called to discuss the refund we didn’t get and I was yelled at by the old owner and completely disrespected when I called to kindly discuss. Absolutely disgusting service to give.”

“Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly so we had a very hot night otherwise it was great and would go back but check that the a/c in room was working correctly upon arrival ”

“Nice laidback atmosphere and friendly staff. Great bathrooms and common areas. Dorm rooms big with essentials. Good for a pit stop and if time permits, surf lessons with the manager.”

“We stayed for 5 nights in January 2025. Although a little dated, the room contained everything we needed. Kitchenette with full size fridge and 2 hot plates, lounge/ dining area and balcony overlooking the pool. Short walk to Coles, restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. ”
