“Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive.”

“Front desk representative was very helpful and helped us navigate some booking and check-in issues (not the fault of the hotel or Expedia). Patient and solutions-oriented. Parking was easy and secure, and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel room decor is bit dated, but totally fine if you're not looking for something 4-star. We would stay there again.”
