“All room are not private room, no matter how they name the room. All residents share 2 bathroom & 2 toilets (no hand washing basin in toilet room). No mirrors in the room, no hairdryer. Breakfast is so so, self service style. first morning got OJ and no more refill afterwards Little noisy at night, bar downstairs, if not noisy sensitive then the bed is comfy. ”

“could not cancel my booking. Because of the coronavirus ,all travellers from hong kong have to self isolate for 14 days.we were not able to get there on time.No refund, extreme unreasonable!!!!!!”

“There was no staff at the hotel most of the time. In case of emergency, you have nobody to ask. The overall environment is okay but the heater is not installed. It’s a potable one so it might take longer to run the heat in the room, especially on a very chilly day. ”
