“Very bad stay experience. I stayed in two rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad smell. There were underwear and clothes in the closet. Someone opened the door of the other room at 9:50 pm. Very bad stay experience!!! ”

“Beds were mostly comfortable, a little on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Tub was too small for a bigger person. Pool looked great, but we didn’t have time to use it. Staff was great. ”

“The room was nice. It was clean and smelled wonderful. I love their exclusive products from Raio. The only issue I had was one of the elevators was out and the working elevator was covered in trash. However, it was cleaned up the next morning. I will be staying here again. ”

“The bad was comfortable & clean & the room had good AC. The check in was relatively easy. Breakfast was generous but just ok - limited because we are Gluten intolerant, so that was a factor. There was a good variety for those who are not. There is a good Mexican restaurant right next door, otherwise isolated. It's somewhat of a challenge to find unless you have GPS & you definitely have to use the GPS if you don't want to get lost.”
