“All the staff we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Also, great location.”

“They just remodeled their lobby and rooms, very modern and cozy, clean and comfortable. They environment is friendly as well, CVS and lots of restaurants near by. Also Whole Foods, Macy’s and shopping mall near around, all walkable distance! I like this hotel a lot!!”

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“The room was very nice and clean. The hotel providing free breakfast in the morning was a big reason why we booked this place and we were not disappointed. Fresh eggs, sausage, bagels etc were provided and supplied as the morning went on. The room was spacious and the sheets were clean. Overall I'm very very happy with our stay and would stay here again without hesitation.”

“When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred.
