“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“Excellent stay. Frontdesk staff not present upon arrival. Sign on desk said to call, but no one answered. Breakfast good food and very clean area.”

“Nice setting in the suites. We love it. Good location. about 5 ~10minutes walk to the VU campus. Easy assess for dining as well. ”

“Went on a river trip down the Rivanna with my two brothers and son. This hotel was recommended by the river guide. We enjoyed the service, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to have a room after the river trip so ended up booking again ”

“This was a beautiful excursion for me and my girlfriend. I think it could’ve been cleaner, at least for her. However, when you’re staying in a cottage out in the woods I think it’s probably tough to keep all of the outside from being inside. That being said there were minimal bugs and other things like that in my opinion. The amenities were plentiful, I had everything we needed to cook in our beautiful cottage. The availability of canoes, bikes, and more was awesome too. I will definitely bring……

“The beds were amazing! House was clean and cute. The one down side was I just got off crutches with a broken leg and it was raining and icy and the driveway is beyond steep. Very close to amazing food and walking distance to football stadium and aquatic center.”

“This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!”
