“Kim was helpful”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Overall our stay was excellent. The property is clean and quiet. As we had to check out at 3:30 a.m. for a flight, the staff member asked if we needed any coffee or items such as fruit or muffins from the breakfast area (which normally didn’t open until 5:00a.m.). Very thoughtful. Staff always greeted us when we returned to the building. Only negative is I wish staff enforced people needing to wear shoes in common areas, especially people who used the indoor pool and walked in the lobby and……

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”
