“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in Wisconsin. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“When I went to reserve 2 rooms online I asked for conjoining rooms. I called 2 days before we arrived and requested conjoining rooms and the front desk man who answered the phone said he would make sure we would have 2 rooms with a conjoining door. When we arrived we did not get conjoining rooms, I was told they didn’t have any left. I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise the rooms were fine. ”

“Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy. ”

“The swimming pool has been closed for two years and it's nowhere near ready. They need to remove the swimming pool from the listing because the lady said there's nowhere near completed. My plan was to go swimming.”
