But the staffs in reception who without smiling. They look unhappy, that is Romanian style? I don't know. In general, the price is ok. And the hotel is so clean. I will come back if I come back. ”

“Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man läuft ca. 5min zur Metrostation Tipp: wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, sollte man die Zwischentür zur Rezeption zuziehen.”

“Un hotel veramente fantastico, immerso in un paradiso naturale. I confort ci sono tutti, la camera è molto spaziosa, arredata in modo moderno e insonorizzata alla perfezione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Veramente ottimo in tutto, tra l'altro c'è una cascata che si può visitare a 5 minuti dall'hotel, ed in più c'è molta probabilità di avvistare gli orsi durante la cena, ovviamente è recintato molto bene e non sarete mai in pericolo 😉”

El trato es totalmente impersonal todo es por aplicación y entrada autónoma, las instrucciones son sencillas y claras pero si llegaras a tener un problema o pregunta no hay nadie que te atienda y se tardan en contestarte por correo. “Die Unterkunft war etwas schwer zu finden. Außerdem ist unsere Dusche undicht gewesen. Allgemein hat es im Bad sehr muffig und schimmelig gerochen. Das Bett allerdings war sehr bequem. Auf dem Teppich waren einige komische Flecke. Die Apartments waren sehr hellhörig.”
