“It took 45 min to reach the hotel for airport pick up! Unacceptable!! The elevator didn’t work ! Unacceptable! The card to get in door from pool area didn’t work ! Unacceptable!! The front desk staff was awesome !! They deserve raises to be acceptable for doing jobs over & above the call of duty !! The pool area could use some additional furniture as well ! ”

“I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk”

“Comfort Inn properties have definitely UPPED their game! This location is a prime example. Wonderfully new, like that new car smell. Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. This was the second time we got to stay at this hotel. We came back because of the excellent first experience. We will probably return, if the occasion arises to bring us back to the vibe of downtown New Port Richey. ”

“Loved everything about the place top notch ”

“Check in was fast using the pre check in service. Rooms had what I would call a slight mildew smell to them. Asked to change rooms and Judy at the front desk was excellent. She was extremely accommodating and showed us a different room. It had the same smell. Not sure if the smell is from the humidity or a/c but Judy got us some air freshener and all was good. The room was clean and tidy and had the usual shampoo/conditioner, body wash , cups etc. All in all , a decent place to stay for a……

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”

“Poor hygiene。 If I can only comment at least one heart, I won't give any heart at all. It's terrible.”

“The room was very spacious, excellent price for what you get. I did notice that the linen didn’t seem like it was washed due to hair being left behind. Other than that no complaints, will definitely stay again. ”
