“It was a blessing on how close the house was to the beach. It is a perfect place for a family of all ages. We felt safe. The management company was prompt with any concerns or questions. To our surprise, our deposit was returned the same day of departure. ”

“It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air……

“We enjoyed our stay, perfect location, far enough away from overcrowded public beach locations, but close enough to restaurants and shops. Our beds at home were definitely more comfortable, but we still slept well! Family room furniture super cozy, patio furniture very nice! We loved the spacious patio and appreciated the protection from the dunes across the street. Maybe next time there will be a gazebo added across the property to get direct access from house, but it was not a big deal to walk……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the location....the beach was just over the dune. Nothing better than walking to the beach with your coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Kitchen was well stocked with cups and crockery. Very cute place. It's clean enough, but could do with a dusting in the corners. With a little updating this place could be fabulous, but honestly it's such a great deal that I can't complain. I would definitely return.”
