“They had no extra towels or rags or toilet paper. They staff is never there to help. Got locked out and it took time to get back in. “I was surprised that it was a Holiday Inn in this condition. Apparently it’s an older one and I wasn’t impressed. We booked a king size room got a room with two queen size beds. They even booked us under the wrong name, but the manager on Duty in the morning, made it all right, so that was a good point”
