The owner was there everyday and she made sure we enjoyed our stay. My kids loved it here! Will definitely go back and would recommend staying here to anyone. ”

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“This place is amazing! The house is spacious and well appointed, the huge back deck was wonderful to sit and take in the view. The beach is a 2 min stroll through the dunes, so fun, then you emerge onto the expanse of sand that is the beach (HUGE) which we had essentially entirely to ourselves. It was just a couple of nights but it felt longer, we were able to really relax and leave it all behind. We are already planing to come back in the Summer for a full week. Such a great vibe!”

“This house was the closest to the beach that we have had in our 13 years of family vacations at Emerald Isle! The host helped us along the way and was available by text if we had any questions about where things were or how to make something work better in the house. There were directions with each TV and with the thermostat to help those who were not familiar with the technology. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had dishes and knives that worked great, pots and pans that were easy……

“Our second visit to this wonderful property that's in Deanna's good hands. The pool was clean and sparkling and the house is very nicely appointed. Plenty of room for the family to "chill." The neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible from the main road thru Emerald Isle. Highly recommended!”

“This condo was perfect for 4 adults. We had trouble finding other places in our price range that could accommodate 4 adults. The condo was very well maintained and seems like it has just been remodeled! It had absolutely everything you could need (and I mean everything!) The kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and there were even beach towels if you needed them! We had a small issue with the lock and our co-host was fantastic and quick to respond to us! We highly recommend this condo……
