“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. ”

“First impression is that the hotel needs some TLC and updating. However, from the minute I got to the counter to check in, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is amazing! Every employee I encountered was welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, and breakfast had a great set up with plenty of choices. I travel a lot and for me this hotel was outstanding because of the staff. It can be a tricky world in the hotel business these days, but this hotel puts the focus where it is needed. Updates……
