“Located close to some restaurants and shopping and close to Franklin and Oil City attractions and dining . Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with comfortable beds . “In general, the stay was average. For some reason, the toilet kept making noises like water was leaking, but other times, it was quiet. The blanket provided was a little thin such that I needed additional clothing to stay warm. ”

“Beautiful private lot with a great yard and plenty of parking. Kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and laid out well. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in the backyard ( a beaver and bunny visited). Was a great experience. ”

“Nice little cottage at Canadohta lake. Cozy living room area and back yard is great as a hangout. Upstairs is a bit tight but great for kids. Only stayed 2 nights after summer season. I'm sure this place is great during the summer season.”

“We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. ”
