“Our stay was brief and I wish it could’ve been longer. It was so nice to be right on the river. The host was great and the place was very comfortable. Definitely recommend it for families.”

“Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit!”

“What an idyllic place! Guests who wake with the roosters can admire cattle grazing peacefully in the mist in the hills behind the house. Friendly horses amble to the fence to greet you. Our dog was fascinated by the farm animals and loved walking the grounds.Upon arrival, we found a handwritten note from the hosts, who could not have been friendlier or more hospitable.The farmhouse is large, comfortable and extremely well-stocked. We were delighted to find fresh eggs in the refrigerator and……

There was plenty of space in the home and we felt like we were at home while we were staying there! “Beautiful private lot with a great yard and plenty of parking. Kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and laid out well. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in the backyard ( a beaver and bunny visited). Was a great experience. ”

“There is something special about this place! The owners make you feel like family and are extremely responsive and accommodating. House was very clean, has everything you need ( from first aid kits, ziplock bags, k-cups, games, you name they have it!). The views of the lake are so peaceful (and can be seen while lying in bed from two of the bedrooms) and it was the perfect place for our family to relax, unwind and regroup from our long days at the soccer fields! We can’t wait to go back.”

“Property is was what we needed. Clean/tidy. Close to Walmart. Easy walk ( yes we are European- we walk). Listing stated hot tub and bbq but not present. Host needs to up comms. Nothing when we booked/paid. Chased a few times for confirmation. Same a few days before trip when trying to get check in details. May be an idea to have welcome email setup and also a guest info book at the property.. ”
