“We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy.……

“This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in in Pennsylvania. We completely missed for the first couple of days that there’s an entire room downstairs dedicated to an on-site play center. It’s very quiet in the views are incredible of the lake. We brought our dogs And they enjoyed not being around anybody else.”

“My granddaughter & I had a fun chilly May weekend in Edinboro celebrating her 13th birthday! Boro Bungalow is so pretty, was more space than we needed & had everything for us from a whistling tea kettle to comfy beds. We enjoyed (short 5 minute) “walk to peaceful lake & Bagel Shop “drive to town for lively Edinboro Music & Art Festival, good spots to eat (recommend Flips) & small shops, gas stations, CVS. We ran out of time for kayaking on Edinboro lake, but enjoyed yummy appetizers nextdoor at……
