“We lived out weekend stay at this cottage. We enjoyed the front porch and back deck, inside the cottage was roomy and cozy. We are hoping to come back for another weekend! Great location. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the hummingbird cabin. The host was quick to respind to any concerns or questions. The neighbor's were sweet and welcoming. The restaurant down the lake was a great vibe for everyone. We had 2 adults 2 teens and 2 kids and we slept comfortably. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back”

“Nice little cottage at Canadohta lake. Cozy living room area and back yard is great as a hangout. Upstairs is a bit tight but great for kids. Only stayed 2 nights after summer season. I'm sure this place is great during the summer season.”

“The location was convenient to visit family in the area. It was adequately equipped for whatever we needed. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is that the listing said 1 bathrooms, which ended up being a toilet beside the washer and dryer and NO DOOR for privacy.”

“We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. ”

“My wife and I are vendors at a local event and try to stay in locally owned B&Bs as well as VRBO establishments rather than hotels. This property was one of our favorites. It was exactly what was advertised, off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. The owner was fantastic with communication and the place was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend it. Thank you for offering this place. We'll be staying here again next year.”

“This little cabin was perfect for my family. We ended up just bringing my 13 year old along and he was happily up at dawn every morning to fish off the dock. The cabin itself is adorable and just the right size. It had everything we needed and our hosts made communication a breeze! Highly recommend!!”
