“Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.”

“Overall we were very happy with the amenities provided by the house! The bicycles, the shibumi, toys, boogie boards. It had everything you needed for the beach! The location was a short blocks walk away from the beach and very manageable. Especially since there was also a beach wagon at the house. It was very easy even with our small children. I will say I was disappointed with the cleaning done prior to our arrival. There was black pet hair dust bunnies everywhere and our dog is tan and……

“We have stayed at a few places down in Topsail Beach (our favorite). For this trip we had a short window (Monday-Thursday) but we were so lucky to find The Roxy! It is absolutely charming with a perfect beach feel. Enjoyed waking up every morning to a gorgeous view of the beach/water. Loved the proximity to the pier for fishing, mini golf, and ice cream. “We loved this beautiful condo. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed views from the porch morning, day, and night. The beach was great and access was close by, and we were impressed by the size of the pool- which had a large shallow end for our toddler. My only complaint is that the stair climb was a bit much for some in our group, particularly loading and unloading and all trips that entails. We'd definitely go back.”
