“Clean and quiet ”

“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“Nice setting in the suites. We love it. Good location. about 5 ~10minutes walk to the VU campus. Easy assess for dining as well. ”

“I liked it so much here that I won't leave less than 5 stars in any category, even though I have a few minor complaints. The parking lot doesn't seem big enough, my key cards kept deactivating, even though they were not in contact with anything that would cause that, and the area on the 2nd floor marked as having ice and vending machines no longer had those things.
